About Los Tarantos
Los Tarantos is one of the most historic and renowned flamenco tablaos in Barcelona. Founded in 1963 in the emblematic Plaça Reial, it has become a cultural landmark where great artists have kept the flamenco tradition alive. Its intimate and authentic atmosphere allows visitors to discover an art form declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
What to see during the visit
The show offers an intense live performance of flamenco singing, dancing, and guitar played by professional artists. For approximately 40 minutes, the audience experiences the power of footwork, the emotion of flamenco singing, and musical virtuosity in a close and soulful setting. Located next to Las Ramblas, the tablao also allows visitors to enjoy the nightlife atmosphere of the Gothic Quarter after the performance.
