1- What documentation do I need to access the monument?
Park Güell does not require the presentation of a valid identity document with the tickets. However, it is recommended that you bring some form of identification in case it is necessary. If your ticket has a discount or special rate, be sure to bring the relevant document proving your status.
2- How do I get to Park Güell?
The extensive complex of more than 12 hectares has three entrances. The main entrance is located at the intersection of Olot Street and Larrard Street, where it is preferable to take the city bus. Another entrance is located on Avenida del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya, which is recommended if you arrive by metro. Finally, there is another entrance on Carretera del Carmel, next to the parking lot for tourist buses.
It is not advisable to use your own vehicle to reach the park, since parking options in the surrounding area are scarce and the parking lot provided by the monument is paid parking.
3- Can I bring the tickets in digital format?
Yes, no problem. They can be provided in any digital format as long as you present your official entries and the QR is legible.
4- Do children need tickets?
Specifically, in Park Güell, children under 7 years old can access for free, but do not forget to include them in the reservation because everyone needs to present their ticket to access the park. Without a ticket you will be denied access to the monument.
5- Can I modify or cancel my tickets?
Each product has its own cancellation and exchange policy.
6- Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
No, as stated in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. As it is well indicated in its article 103, regarding the exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
l) The provision of lodging services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
7- In case of making a reservation with AUDIO GUIDE
Depending on the monument you visit, you will either pick up the audio guide at the monument’s ticket office or you will receive credentials with your tickets to use it in app format. Most monuments in Barcelona offer their audio guide in app format, so make sure you always carry your smartphone with enough battery, headphones and enough space to install the official application.
8- Is the tour accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Many areas of Park Güell are accessible, but the extensive terrain has irregular or divided parts in heights.
To facilitate the visit for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs, Park Güell offers additional services such as wheelchair rental, some specific tours and even a mobile application for inclusive visits.
9- Is it possible to visit with a baby stroller?
Yes, the adaptations that favor accessibility for people in wheelchairs or people with reduced mobility have also improved access for families with strollers. However, the monument recommends avoiding its use because the unevenness of the terrain still makes it difficult for strollers.
10- Are pets allowed in the park?
Pets are not allowed in the monumental area, but may access the free areas of the park as long as they are properly leashed.
